I was so frustrated with MessageEase becoming more and more unusable with each new version of iOS — and had to stop using it altogether earlier this year as it keeps resizing to 80% screen height. The iOS default keyboard is impossible to type on. Gesture detection with Keyz feels slightly off but it is still an almost perfect replica. I can type again!

I am incredibly grateful that someone took the time to continue the legacy of MessageEase. Embarrassingly, I've come to depend on this type of keyboard, so to have someone recreate, optimize for iOS, bring back the clipboard controls, and offer all these customization features for free? Chefs kiss, 10/10, bravo. THANK YOU!!!

For some people, there was one brick wall in the way of learning MessageEase. Once you at least kind of know where all the letters are, not seeing them anymore removes the clutter — and then you get that little ball in the middle of the screen. Don't ask me why, but that's what made it click for me.
